If you’re not happy with something you purchase from us, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

Have you ordered the wrong product, colour or size?

You may also return a product or products and exchange for the correct size or color. You can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. (Buyer must pay for return postage and re shipping postage, in these circumstances)

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.

There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund:

  • Lingerie, which has been worn, or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been damaged or removed;
  • Hosiery, which has been worn or where the seal is broken;
  • Items purchased as part of a set, which have been returned separately or as an incomplete set;

How Do I Return A Faulty Or Damaged Item?

In rare circumstances, if you bought an item online and it’s damaged or develops a fault, you can return it to us.

Extended Returns Policy
We always extend our returns policy over the festive period. Any purchases made online between 18th November and 31st December can be returned up until 3oth of January . For purchases made from 31st December onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.

Postal Returns

Returning your items to us for a refund or exchange is FREE. Once the returns process is complete we will send you out a prepaid package to return the item via post.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll usually process your refund/exchange within 5 working days.

If you haven’t received a notification via email from us that we’ve processed your return/exchange after 15 working days, get in contact via email at info@lingerieatnaughtyandnice.com

  • If you’ve paid online using Klarna, we can only offer you a like-for-like exchange (alternative size or colour).
